Most engagements begin within two weeks of a signed proposal. If you are mid-close or mid-raise we will tell you honestly whether starting immediately helps or hurts.

Usually not. We sit above day-to-day bookkeeping and often work alongside an existing bookkeeper or accounting team. Where the underlying records need rebuilding first, we will say so before you sign.

A fixed monthly fee based on the agreed scope, quoted in writing before any work begins. If the scope changes, we re-quote rather than send an unexpected invoice.

Typically $2m to $50m in revenue with 10 to 150 staff. Below that a good bookkeeper is usually the better answer, and we will tell you so.
